Koffee Krew Unite with Tamara, Kiran and Anna
Hi guys. Welcome to Luckee's podcast, and I'm just here at the largest jiu jitsu open mat. So let's get started and answer a couple of questions. What drove you to, the mats? Tell me your name and, where you're from. My name's Tamara. I'm from Lamorinda jiu jitsu. I started jiu jitsu because I wrestled in high school and then I needed something to do I'm a little aggressive. I like it. It's fun. My name is Kiran. I'm from, Lamorinda as well. I live in Walnut Creek. A lot of people told me to try it and I was really scared during Covid I needed something to do and then I just checked it out and started going every day and just loved it. Awesome. Hi, my name is Anna. I train out Guerrilla's in San Jose. So close to here. Kind of similar to both of you guys. I did a little bit of judo when I was a kid, and then I quit as a teenager. When I became an adult I was just like, I need to find a hobby. And when I looked for Judo places, jiu jitsu places bumped up. So I just tried it. And that's how I got into it. I just loved it right away. And who is your sensei? I train under Matt Darcy and Dave Camarillo. We train under Stephanie Moon and Adam Dunkel. And Kurt Osiander now. How many years have you been, doing Jiu Jitsu? I've been training for about 15 years on and off. Okay. And you? I would say about three and a half, four years. I took a little year break. And I am almost at two years of jiu jitsu. Okay ladies, thank you for coming on. Awesome. Okay. Thank you guys. Thanks Luckee. Bye.
